People in this forum are acting as if they don't understand how itv works . The fact is that the last season did not fetch enough trp for it to either maintain the same timeslot or to get promos for the channel and I don't think it's some rocket science to understand it The fl was replaced and the Entire family would have been replaced if hitesh was available .It does not matter what the makers say it was preety clear that the show lost its timeslot and numbers so they thought bringing bhavika would take the trp up but it has spectacularly failed and honestly it was really unethical to the last fl . But having said that all the three season -sairat ,Ishvi and saraj were always hovering in top 5 .sairat hardly went below top 2 .So clearly the previous seasons did much better than the last one . And presently what they are showing it looks like the makers themselves don't know what they want to see .It's a complete mockery of previous characters
but our fellow member, Nutmeg, who has some very credible insider sources, said that "Hitesh aata bhi toh uske character Rajat ko maar dete"
Toh, which means Makers were adamant to go further with this current cringe & mockery after eliminating Vaibhavi's character. His character was going to be brought only to get killed, with or without Hitesh, to justify the current lust story going on.
It's not like they were going to show Saraj's life ahead. Basically, they were too haughty & overconfident to go ahead by shamelessly butchering the previous 2 leads to create a very AWE-CRINGING INTENSE LUST, but clearly TRPs backfired......And now, it is what it is
Also, ITV/ business model do work in its own crooked ways, but whatever Ganja makers are doing is certainly not business, nooo, definitely not, because they could have done this whole Savi hajiri thing in a much better way, there were 1001 ways without defaming previous & current characters, there was no dearth of creativity, but naah this is something else, some agenda sort of, they have crossed heights of desperation & shamelessness....Ghum makers can't be discounted in the name of business, this time, this move is certainly not business, but shameless agenda to the core... Disgusting to the core. This current tomfoolery of Ghum is surely happening for the 1st time in ITV, when a previous story which had concluded has been brought back to be butchered for a lust story, of a sinking ship....None of the show has reversed gear like this
