Treatments are obviously there.

But when a couple has opted for IVF that already means medical treatments have failed.

Infertility is inability to conceive after one year of unprotected sex. Abhira wasn't infertile she conceived within 3 months of marriage. Abhira had heart related disorder due to which she could die while giving birth so pregnancy was a risk factor for her life. Even doctor told Armaan that even if Abhira tried to conceive (which means her conceiving was possible from the beginning), there are more chances of miscarriage or Abhira losing her life while giving birth because of excessive blood loss. Even during surrogacy track they underwent IVF for 5 months instead of trying to conceive naturally again for one year and then going through IVF and surrogacy. Though there are least chances of her conceiving and having full-term pregnancy now, because of her injury going by logic. But did they ever follow logic? 😂
