Just my assumption but this proposal plan in its entirety was true but not the later rasm part as we see from BTS.
I hope he atleast clears it with Ronnie knowing how much Ronnie was supporting him. 🙄

I would love to see Ronnie and Gagan have a talk regarding the engagement news of their children. Both know that Vikrant and Mannat has feelings for each other. So much have happened in the SM in the span of a week maybe... They should talk through and try to find what's really happening in the SM.
Would it be too much wishful thinking to want to see Ronnie-Gagan's investigation go parallel with Mannat's and they meet at the conclusion together?
If not any of these, why would Gagan want his daughter to get trapped in a loveless marriage like his ?
