I watched Ishqbaaaz but my chotu sa brain has forgotten the farak there. Farak in le me mind is ASR-Arnav Singh Raizada. After he too was Gul’s creation.

Actually Neetu is also trapped from every side. As you pointed out ARS has blocked Neetu, Raveena will also blackmail Neetu with Aman's truth (I guess she knows about the death of Aman's parents too), Ronnie will have hundred questions for her and will be hard to bend, Mannat will have an eye on her movements...

Is Gagan going to do anything with the blood sample he collected with such swag?

Is Gagan going to let Malla get married to or engaged to Vikrant? Doesn’t he know that Vikrant and Mannat has something brewing between them? Has he not learnt from his failed marriage or what?

Same here. The 'farak nahi padta' phrase took me back to ASR and Shivika as well.
