Haina, I think though Vikrant is shown as an idealistic and ziddi, there is another trait to his character we are seeing unravel

He may never be the one to hold the bull by its horns and may want things to run smoothly as much as possible without turbulence. This is how he must have been raised by Neetu and Ronnie, especially Neetu since she wants to control him.

Hence, his constant apologies to everyone though he is not at fault and wants all fights to end with a quick sorry. He never was allowed to process and question when something was wrong within the family. This happened many times where Neetu chided him for speaking truth.

So Ravinder had spotted Mannat talking to Doc and informed ARS. ARS then planned everything. She meets Neetu in her room (which should be a blooper) since Neetu was in kitchen when the truth came out.

That apart ... major revelations happen.

Neetu tells ARS she was giving medicines to Vik because she doesn't want his childhood memories to resurface. ARS questions why... Neetu says it started happening in India... he was fine in London. Anyway she tells her Vikrant is adopted. ARS questions what's the big deal... Neetu does another reveal which ARS doesn't catch (or so it seems)... its not a legal adoption. Vik was probably stolen after the lady died.

ARS the smart brain she is... quickly figures out that Raveena knows this and was blackmailing RoTu during Bobby's kaand.

She is happy... so she agrees to keep Neetus secret on 2 conditions.

1 is all properties to be in Vikrants name and second get Malla Vik married.

Neetu is shocked... but ARS justifies it to her and Neetu has no option but to agree.

Elsewhere Malla is being her diabolical version. She tries to manipulate Vik... asks Mannat to say sorry and let bygones be bygones. Mannat refuses. Malla asks doesn't she think about all the ehsaan Vik did for her. Mannat replies vahi soch ke inko protect karna chah rahi thi. But he doesn't have trust in me so I dont care what happens to him now. Vik is tremendously hurt by these words. He says if someone believes they are the only right person they will lose relationships in the process.

Takes Mallas hand and goes away. Malla is happy Mannat is sad. Vik is broken.

Adhuri kahani plays over...

Vik in room going over what has happened. Malla comes and tries to influence him again. Vik is not ready to talk about this. She asks how would Mannat feel if Vik made those allegations against Shruti. Vik moves away and Malla fake cries... says sorry for befriending Mannat and bringing her into their lives. Wants to lean on him but he removes her hand (thank you babaji for small mercies 🙏) and tells her not to apologize. It's not her fault. Like her he too had bharosa on Mannat. An undying trust much like love. Speaks fondly about Mannat (Adnan )

Malla is angry seeing him talk sweetly and refusing her advances.

ARS with Ravinders helps messes with the ambulance brakes and they both are happy thinking dono se chutkara mila... Mannat and Sunita.

Accident next week aayega.

Must say a good episode... story wise.

ARS might be thinking she has won but the next set of chess pieces are in place now.

Neetu has to get Ronnie to do the property transfer which means she has to do another drama or tell him the truth. Don't think Neetu has yet realized that all ARS wants is the money.

But there's Raveena and Puneet in the mix who can play spoilsport with the plans. Also Raveena not only knows about illegal adoption but also I believe knows about the death of his mom.

So Amans truth is going to be out one way or another.

Vikrant should start digging his grave deeper now 😁😁😁

The engagement may well happen (probably planned by neetu ARS) but if he goes along with this to spite Mannat it would be idiotic... and if he plans this with Malla then too he will be stuck.

Another mezbani engagement... another fiasco in making.

ARS like I expected... doesn't care for Neetu... so she may very well throw her under the bus if required.

Neetu has cornered herself completely with the best villain in town, ARS, who was handed her ultimate dream on plate! ARS is so sharp and fast thinking she got herself behind Mannat’s doc’s confession and then manipulated Neetu when she was down. And for the 2nd time in her life, Kerat helped ARS to create the drama and ARS steered the situation from then on to her advantage. Mannat didn’t stand a chance as ARS was 2 steps ahead of her all along. Thinking back they showed ARS expressions often, and I did notice a knowing look between Neetu & ARS yesterday when Neetu was emotionally black mailing Vikrant…… and ARS’s blackmail was something we all predicted right from the start of the show. As she was leaving Neetu it felt like she gave a veiled threat to Neetu saying ‘don’t forget your vada’

Was so heart wrenching seeing Mannat leave with her (one 😂) suitcase and Vikrant didn’t/could’t stop her. Both of them are devastated, and feel let down by each other but both have played into the hands of others selfish people around them. The handhold I agree was just Vikrant walking away with Malla as there was nothing further both he and Mannat could say, he was looking at Mannu the whole time, visibly hurt. So sad as even with the Adhuri kahani flashbacks I was seeing all the times he’s brought Mannu to SM, the antics he had to do to convince her to stay, their pyaari gulli scenes all washed away in 2 seconds. But Mannu saw and took the handhold on board 😭

But am glad that Mannat walked away with her held held high but without any face to face taunts from ARS/Neetu, Malla’s sly smirk was enough!

Mannat needs the headspace away from SM, as does Vikrant.

I’m glad they showed the precap of Vikrant’s adamant no in response to Neetu telling him to marry Malla, though Neetu is invariably going to emotionally black mail Vikku into agreeing…..

You;re so right with this trait of Vikrant, he has been softly emotionally manipulated by Neetu all his life. In the time we’ve seen her she’s in tears to convince Vikrant to do things and both father and son give in straight away and put it down to her possessiveness and love for Vikrant.

Vikku has been shown as the peacemaker and apologising without being at fault, with his mum and others around him. His motto is to say sorry will make it go away, rather than even face up to the problem let alone resolve it. And he is trying to handle this situation the same way. But it’s far too big a situation to brush under the carpet with ‘sorry’. Mannat knows this, but Vikrant has to realise this too , if only for him to ‘take the bulls by the horn’ and investigate why Mannat would even consider making theses allegations without good cause.

I for one have no pity for Neetu and definitely none for ARS. These women made their choices with their eyes wide open, so they should suffer the consequences as well. Illegal adoption my left foot! She is guilty of child abduction.

ARS showed her true colours today to Neetu and to us as well through her monologue at the end. Neetu & she will be the ideal sambandis. Murderous duo.

Felt very bad for Mannat. She is always alone fighting the worst of odds. Truly a cursed child.

Malla is all touchy feely these days, but good Vikrant rejected her, warna I would have flung cow dung on him.

I get your point Trupti regarding feelings for their mothers, but Vikrant has always shown he is a very poor judge of people. What’s the use running a business when you can’t even see through the people living under the same roof??
