1 dialogue I missed earlier which Mannat said to Harneet "apno par vishwas Kiya jata hain, main unkee apnee thodee naa hoon, main sirf ek employee hoon"

Man Mannat really took this to heart and she felt she has earned his trust .

Like everyone said what is breaking her apart, is that Vikrant out of all is not even questioning why she believes about something so strongly. If he is not questioning this, does this mean he trusts what the doctor said since one of them is lying.

If Vikrant would have sat her down after the hall drama and asked her to let's solve this together, she may not have felt this broken and untrustworthy.

The more I am seeing Mannat's scenes, I am understanding why she took such a strong stand and decided to leave.
