Mannat does have self respect from what I understood. The problem is her heart and sometimes it is very difficult to break away when you love someone. This is a reality and have seen it in so many house holds.

She hasn't acknowledged, but you can tell she loves Vikrant and cares for him deeply. I am sure, there will be a point in future where she will walk out not because of other junkies in that horror house, but because of a spat with Vikrant.
