They do. But a fl is more than just marriage or kids. It's not fair to judge any woman based on their ability to produce kids or get married. Or even make a marriage work.

For ex, Akshu still got a lot of screen space this gen not just because of kids she produced or man she married. But choices she made. Akshu s last decision is still being milked by makers 18 months after Gen 4 started

That's the sort of impact Rishta fls have

Akshara M s trials and tribulations still talked about by Akshu in Gen 3. Way after character ended

Abhira already has her progeny. But even if she didn't that still will not negate the fact that for all intents and purposes, she will still be fl of gen 4.

I agree with you . But what are the showing ? They have not shown being given attention even in her tracks. Like infertility, pregnancy all were about ruhi , vidya . Even the wedding had ruhi 's kand the whole time. There is no proper wedding, no bday, no hospital track. Then how is abhira the lead when they have shown her sidelined in her own story .

Fls do too. Abhira, Akshu, Naira, Akshra M are more than kids they produced and men they married. That's why Show only recognises the Fls not anybody else

It is on air because in other gen they had done better writing

Gen1: best writing you can still watch it not feel the urge to change it.

Gen2: Many good tracks, good execution , outfits, feels: wedding , festivals, health . Full grand celebrations, happy tracks, social issues

Gen 3: starting good ok , grand wedding, till Neil death they had some good tracks, even though I didn't like abhimanyu at all. But writing and execution was good, Akshnav the best writing , worth watching, comfort watching

Gen 4: after abhira's wedding , after rohit's entry Ir had a good feel to watch. But after that it is all about ruhi why will anyone want to watch for her. When ppl have come to watch abhimaan. And they they are always sidlined

I said the picture you shared was about 4 generation and that involves marriage - pregnancy, the picture itself is about their marriage and pregnancy

These 4 women are not connected by their work or their efforts, they are connected because of their genes

You can believe that Rishta FL is more than what they show on TV but I was specifically talking about the picture you shared and the point you were making

Any fls main job is to face the most hardship than any other character and still be the last person standing strong - that's not the most ideal scenario. But that still more than a woman s ability to have kids or make a marriage work.

Again, the first picture is about their entries. The last is about all of them signing a specific song. I don't see where you marriage and pregnancy in any of the pictures

I think Rishta fls is exactly what they show on tv - that is to suffer more than any other character and still be the last person standing. Now that is not the most ideal character arc. But yeah, it's more than their ability to have kids or have a good ghodbharai sequence. AKshu didn't even get a ghodbharai sequence. Look, she still is the fl.

Just because Ruhi gave birth to Abhira s baby, does not mean that somehow Ruhi has become Fl. You know that, don't you?

The show has been on air for 16 years, when old actors were replaced, FL wasn't alone on screen, YRKKH is not a rom-com with two leads, it has an ensemble cast and everyone plays their role

If for long it has been about Ruhi then people are watching that but I don't think it has been about Ruhi, Ruhi is a central character but the show revolves around Abhira

We are back to my second response to you, there are 4 generations BECAUSE of pregnancy

Point you made - FLs are more than marriage and pregnancy

Proof you gave - A picture about 4 generations of FL

Those FLs aren't doing anything extraordinary in those pictures - one is their entry sequence, one is singing a family song and one is a ritual.

If you are still going to miss that your picture contradicted your original point than we can agree to disagree
