@bold - According to Mannat, Sunita is her mom who left her to die, changed the name Sonia Khanna and is leading a new life with a new identity. In spite of all these info in mind, she was carelessly going to blow up Sunita's camouflage. She didn't even thought how would that play out. That was going to be the stupidest moment for Mannat if not for Vikrant's intervention.

Sometimes I feel that poor Mannat is not made for this pretentious world. She often thinks that everyone is straightforward like her and has sympathy for everyone.

Bold - this is absolutely true. Another example for this, She is unable to understand Malla's taunts and insults and keeps going behind her .

At this point I doubt if Punnu develops any romantic feelings for Mannat. But as you said, now that Raveena has directed him to gain control over the business of Salujas, he could show extra attention to Mannat just to piss Vikrant off.

The makers haven't portrayed Puneet as being jealous of Vikrant's success or of having an upper hand in Saluja affairs, have they?
