Yes, I remember you like Macbeth very much. I also like this particular quote, "Life is a tale told by an idiot..."

Exactly!!!! The six month leap made no sense!! In fact they could've done an arrange marriage trope with ishqaan because the main plot was ahaan's conflict of having a housewife and not a working wife

I don't know who here still remembers my comments from when this season had started about Param being a pro at playing characters with repressed sexual passion, like still waters run deep types, but I am seeing a shade of it in the last two eps. Yesterday, when he shut Ruturaj down when he was ranting crap about his past with Teju in front of the whole family, and today when he asked her outright "toh kisse madad lengi aap", plus the arm pull to emphasise "mujhe fark padta hai aapki iccha se".

Even though I love the subtle assertiveness, I am legit feeling bad if this is foreshadowing of Neil becoming the usual a**hole ML who thinks all women are shit and then his "redemption" through FL in their so-called revamped story. I am feeling bad that Neil won't ever get to see his love story when he has clearly so much to give. I am feeling bad that he won't slowly go from solo lover to a gentle yet assertive partner to his wife. I love to see angst, but I feel we are getting to see that now as well. There is no need to make him into an a**hole for TRPs because this is not early 2000s any more when that crap flew. That is why Tejaswini is endearing to me at times because she is like real women, the way women of today react when they are put under unreasonable expectations or pressure.

I cent per cent agree to all that you said. I always correlated Param's character Neil with a soft, alluring melody that's played at a distance, in the background and you can only hear it when you listen carefully. In pin drop silence and when you are fully engrossed. And then you can't forget the melody ever. You keep humming it every second, like constant music in life. Just like Neil fell for Tejaswini's voice, Neil was supposed to be this soft melody for Tejaswini. I wanted her to notice him in the crowd, in the noise and acknowledge him just like he did. We saw a glimpse of this when she went searching for Neil's voice in Trimbakeshwar. She could hear him amidst the crowd and the noise. I wrote in one of my earlier posts, that Neil is Tejaswini's second yet last choice and once she hears him calling out her, she'll never look at anyone else.

Today's episode showed his desire to fulfill all that he can for Tejaswini. Her wishes mattered the most to him, and he said that clearly to her. He could wait for her till eternity, that was his patience, shown when he accepted Tejaswini's past with Ruturaj. Such repressed passions, good Lord! That's what made his character endearing and perfect for Tejaswini, who individually was truly a spark. She reacted the way a woman with agency and dignity would do. On reflection, both the characters completed each other with their personality. Aparajita flowers are blue in colour and Neel means blue. They are coloured with each other's existence.

He would have learnt to have a voice because of Tejaswini, and she would have heard his silent love. He would have transformed into a confident, assertive person, and she would have understood that still waters run deep and all that glitters is not gold. That diamonds don't shine when found in a quarry, until they are polished and worn as a part of us.

Honestly, I feel music could have played an extremely important role in this story. It could have been used as symbolism, as motifs for their love. It's art that made them meet each other. Lord Shiva is a patron of arts. Goddess Parvati is a woman with her own voice. If we ignore the irreversible butchering that makers have done, Neil's character could have been actually compared to the light in Tejaswini's path to achieve her dreams.

But alas, all this is just black letters typed on a white screen. The makers can change Neil's character into a typical manchild for ratings and money, but I am content with the fact that he as a person never changed while being with Tejaswini. The character they show after TejNeil will be a different Neil, not the Neil who called his love Aparajita. For me, Neil will never forget Tejaswini even if she is far from him, as she healed him, made him sing when he couldn't bring himself to sing. Aparajita's Neil will always be the silent, gentle, understanding and yet the alluring one.

This latest bts is so cute. They're shooting a serious scene & one can see Param & Vaibhavi dancing in the background. Thank you Param for cheering this girl up. Will definitely miss their offscreen camaraderie. Stay strong Vaibhavi. As she has herself said in her statements, everything happens for a reason & happens for the best. Hope she gets a good project and comeback stronger soon. Hope she shines in her upcoming projects & gets much deserved recognition.

Yes. Their off screen camaraderie is admirable! Vaibhavi will do really well in her career and life. She is optimistic about her future and confident in herself. What else does one need to succeed? :)

How beautifully you have described the characters of neil and tejaswini and their journey as tejneil.

Their story had a lot of potential but sadly because of low tros we will not get to see their journey 😞😞.

I believe that itv in the recent years have butchered the execution of red flag guys. Like I don't endorse them but for me in general the kind of passion that can be explored in the hate to love trope is immense. Like ishqbaaz for me was one of the shows which delved into hate to love and forced marriage very interestingly and ipzn came very close to it. The core abt hate to love tropes is the conflicts going inside the leads' hearts and mind. Ofc people here loved tejneil but from an itv pov it was a very bland love story. People who switch on their tv do not want to watch a show where there's no push and pull happening between the leads. Tejneil as a regular couple were great but as an itv couple they didn't have a conflict that would become the core of their love story.

I think makers of 2010s - 2015s tries to do experiments and gave us good ITV shows but after that all of them wants to have easy money so they stopped to do experiments and make the shows by recycling their old shows. That is the main reasons many viewers have stopped watching ITV in recent times
