I dont understand what is going to be Ruturaj's role after Tejaswini dies? Is he going to become a life time enemy of his brother? Or again, Savi/Sai whatever is going to meet Ruturaj first and then Nail like Teju?? Ruturaj angry with Neil for Teju is under stable but when she is not around, why is he going to be still upset with Neil? What's the point?? He doesnt love Teju so mucht hat he stats blaming Neil for her death and starts villainizing his entire life for Neil. The makers are making a huge mistake by brining in the replacement. The TRPs is further going to be down only. Youtube is full of comments under SBS, SBB segments from today requesting not to replace Vaibhavi.

Do you actually think they'll wonder about all these loopholes? They'll just start showing a triangle out of nowhere. Like I said, the script and screenplay has gone to the dogs.

You are absolutely correct about Teju. She is not screeching and yet puts her point forward firmly. She is sharp as well in handling others in the house. She wishes to live her life on her own terms unlike a lot of characters these days who keep blaming their fate, while not taking any steps to fight it. Most importantly, she has chemistry with both Neil and Ruturaj. That alone should suffice for the reasoning why I wouldn't want either Vaibhavi to be replaced and someone else filling in her character's shoes or Teju's character to die.

The show is on the ropes, absolutely correct. It's a sinking ship, heading towards a complete shipwreck.

Actually, in real life, girls are like this only with their in laws. I also do not listen to nonsense and give back. No idea why TRP grabs eyes of those in delulu world and think girls shouldnt give back and be a doormat. Todays bahu does not listen nonsense and keep quite. I have given back to my MIL and other in laws so many times when they talk nonsense!! Thats life

True. I haven't seen such docile women around me who do not answer their in laws back. However meek those women are, they usually don't stand nonsense from at least their husband's family. But there are such families in the rural parts of the country who have no access to education or the modern civil culture. They live under the constant fear of the horrific crimes carried out by their in laws against them. Ultimately it's the conservative mindset of the ratings audience that doesn't allow such female characters to thrive on television.

Just stumbled upon this article. There is some hope in the last section of this one published a while ago. Quoted from the article,

Filmibeat source has denied the buzz surrounding the exit of the lead actress. Gossip mills have suggested that Bhavika Sharma would replace Vaibhavi Hankare as the new heroine of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein.

Bhavika Sharma was in talks with Endemol India for Khatron Ke Khiladi season 15. The channel (Colors TV) and the production house were keen to have her on board; however, the show got postponed due to creative issues between the two sides. I'll also be okay with off air but not Vaibhavi's replacement. Our opinions are similar regarding this topic.

One such female character did thrive on ITV - Pratigya in 2010. I think at that time ITV was a little different and gave chance. Even Suhana from SGP was rude to Ishaan who had done a lot for her pre-marriage and post marriage. Ishaan was exactly like Neil. But now I think because of shit shahi - ITV has changed to toxic MLs liking. It started with Karthik in yeh rishta, even Naitik was humble and non-toxic though he had some anger issues.

Even I am feeling this news too odd to be true. And a cheap PR stunt. I mean, there's no sense at all, her story was done & dusted after closing all the major conflict. But then, we can't even totally rule out the speculation of it actually happening in Ghum, because there's absolutely nothing senseless in this world that ITV can't pull off & justify too. Let's see now, we would get a clearer picture in a few days' time

We have seen lamest of the lame possibilities culminating on ITV so ITV is very much capable of pulling off this lame stunt, which is gonna be a sure-shot disaster

When will they understand, these cheap PR stunts & worse marketing gimmicks ain't gonna pay them back ever
