Gauri's team issued a statement that "the iodine test reflects the presence of starch..." this statement itself from their team amounts to admission that their paneer is not pure as it contains starch.

Pure paneer is made from milk and does not contain starch which means the influencer's claim is not false. He revealed the truth that Gauri's restaurant is serving synthetic paneer.

I would like to believe that Gauri Khan will be more brand conscious and is rich enough to not save money over paneer. They probably make their own paneer too. Aise chindhi-chor harkatein nahi karenge wo.

But if something truly happened behind the scene, it will asap be addressed because the influencer brought a lot of bad attention on her. She wouldn't want to be a joke in their kitty group.
