Armaan was made to feel bad about himself based on his who his mother was. We saw everything that Armaan did for Poddar because of that. All the self worth issues he had. All the subservience he showed to kV and Vidya

For Armaan it was linked to his existing. For Abhira it is linked to her baby.

I just wish people in this fd would give a thought to Abhira s mental state as they give to Armaan.

Oh I agree with you about Abhira's behaviour right now.

But like a lot of us gave Armaan gaalis and called him names like "gadha" & "spineless" for listening to his mother and divorcing Abhira, I will call Abhira as "obsessed" to prove her worth to the world with a baby. I agree Abhira is right now in this state because of the Poddars like Armaan had always been till Shivani's truth came out. But like Armaan had been called out, Abhira also will be. Agar Armaan gaali kha sakta hai toh Abhira kyun nahi?

Nope. The writing always gets called out when people say anything to Abhira, but Armaan ke time pe it's almost as if he is not a fictional character and not been written by the same writers.

Baaki Abhira ka obsession is hurting Armaan. He is unable to see his wife in pain and give up things she loves just to support Ruhi. He saw her suffer through 3 IVF's and also was initially hesitant for the surrogacy as well, but seeing how much she wanted a child, he took relented. He has defended her choice to everyone including her own parnani, even though somewhere they also were echoing his own thoughts.

So yeah, while Armaan dikhata nahi, he also is hurting when his wife gets taunted or when she suffers. The same way Abhira would be hurt when Armaan ignored her in favor of her family. Like she suffered with him as he made choices that affected the both of them, he took right now is suffering the choices she made to prove to the world that she is enough for him.
