Firstly, I must say, your writing style is like a continuous trail of thoughts.
It seems funny and relatable to read it that way: rambling and ranting with Hindi words sprinkled in between English.
Don't get me wrong, I just find it different and relieving from my daily dose of heavy literature.

Web shows, films and ITV have definitely got us wrong. We are not unethical and eternally rude for goodness's sake! We're just like other generations, probably a bit more tech-savvy and advanced. And I agree, I find myself to be quite old-fashioned in habits, hobbies and manners, and novel in ideas and thoughts. It feels good that way.
@Bold: Mere saath toh aisa kabhi hua nahi, par students around me definitely did have that crazy phase. I used to find it quite strange and funny
