Much as I'm enjoying CONSISTENTLY savage and determined Ani this week 
, this show is past salvaging at this point.....I doubt TRPs will rise even with doing all this because the show still isn't moving much beyond keeping Runak in that "illicit" zone while constantly showing back to back schemes from evil gang without even a litttle breathing room in between for Runak to grow....at this stage all this won't get TRP. They can try to drag it till end of IPL with these stagnant TRPs but I don't think there is much chance to boost it now.....especially if they again repeat lame seperation tracks of Runak and Ani crying about how Jhanak always leaves him
They will keep Didi unconscious for two episodes anyways while showing faltu drama with the doctors as they always do in such tracks in Jhanak-verse.....then rest of the time they will fill in Bose fam arguing in hospital waiting room while probably constantly calling Ani to berate and guilt trip him
Baaki they can continue Lallon famiy drama scenes in parallel to fill time as well

LOL I'm just guessing cuz in the past also whenever anyone has gone to the hospital in this show, they spend like 1-2 episodes showing the doctors talking random garbage about patient ki "critical" condition blah blah
