But why will that make Ani think that he needs to stay married to Arshi if that is the reason Jhanak has left him?

I'm just finding it doubtful ki Ani is waqt aaraam se Arshi ke saath rehne ko agree karega even if he thinks Jhanak has disappeared on him again

See show ke past patterns ke hisaab se only reason Ani gets dabaoed in guilt is if Arshi ko kuch beemari ho (pregnancy was also treated as beemari) or if bacche ki zimmedaari ho....warna isse Arshi bardaasht nahin hoti
