God that one second frame looked so so so gorgeous

I m still at awe of Ahneed chemistry

It just came out of the blue and they are looking even better together in the post wedding wardrobe

But only 2

I was hoping trps to reach 20+ after eid

But it's ending after eid

I have become so attached to the show and the characters and u all here

I don't want to let this all go in a week like that

Actually we all had the notion that this show is around 40 episodes. Aur lag bhi wahi raha tha. The show moved very slow throughout its run. And then Olympics ki race ki tarah last moment par itna tez bhage, ki show aagey nikal gaya, aur hum peeche reh gaye...

The craze is INSANE

Hi. I am a new MSM addict after having binge watched the entire show up until yesterday’s episode in just about 3 days. I tried to watch it in the beginning but couldn’t quite connect to it but I am so glad I decided to give it another chance. And here I am, smitten by Roshi and her marad.🤦‍♀️🫰smiley36

My favorite is Roshi but I repeat watch the scenes because of the broody Mr.Matured- basically the outstanding eye acting of Ahad.

Coming to this coffee cup scene, after watching it for umpteen number of times this is is what I noticed. Given the way he was teasing her about the coffee, it seems they have had a moment with it. But for some Godforsaken reason, the director chose to chop off the scene and just keep some trimmings to throw at us.🤯

There were quite a few glitches in the entire drama but these two actors and characters plus Abid uncle & Mohid have kept it together for me. But the way the director doesn’t let a scene complete before cutting into another scene or making another character intrude into the dialogue without letting it complete, does he think it is some kind of a new way of storytelling? It’s quite frustrating to say the least. 😣

I'm glad you're smitten too, like us. Let's enjoy the last few episodes togethersmiley31smiley41

You're right about the directing and editing skills; some scenes look amiss and the conversations don't feel seamlesssmiley21 However, the actors put in their sweat and blood, and it shows on screensmiley32 Hum TV should have promoted it well, as it is their number one trending drama; the makers could have done a better job too, getting the right shots and angles. They could have cut short Sabeeka and Shariq's scenes and focused on post-marriage scenes of TalRosh-Abid uncle-Mohid

Today they showed Talha struggling to explain himself when Roshi calls him out for the way he treated her before marriage.

I love Roshi. In the world of pseudo feminists and OTT femal leads, her character comes off as a breath of fresh air. She is clear headed, forthcoming, daring, courageous, confident, loving, caring ,respectful, self respecting and studios girl. The way she doesn’t behave like a scorned woman and attack everyone after the marriage but continues to be her loving and caring self to Abid uncle and Mohid is absolutely refreshing. I loved the way she shares her concerns with Abid uncle unlike the other FLs who keep everything to themselves and suffer silently. It’s another thing she reserved her anger only toTalha and rightfully so. smiley15

Btw, I have always wondered why Talha didn’t get shocked when he came to know that Roshi knew who Sabeeka was and how she broke her engagement with him. The answer is in the next episode, as per the promo.

I too believe Talha's guilt and trauma are reserved for the final episode. I recall reading about an upcoming scene on X, where Roshi bakes a cake for Mohid's birthday, and the Ahmed family celebrates, prompting Talha to become emotional and reveal his past trauma.
Roshi needs to know the real reason for the rejection. Talha is dodging that and trying every possible way to woo Roshi, but nothing seems to be working in his favor. I'm sure that very soon he'll have no other choice but to share his deepest fears, insecurities, and trauma with Roshi and show his vulnerable side. Also, we need to see Mohid's complete recovery and his overcoming of his speech problems.

Yeah the last few episodes will be worth watching, I have a feeling... :) Yeah direction and editing does feel a bit amiss at times, but atleast it was not toxic, in dramas where ML are still written as toxic and misogynistic, am glad that Talha was written differently, and there was reason and depth behind his outward aura... he was not a toxic ML, rather a person who had deep trauma, emotional baggage, and insecurities and Ahad emoted every single expression through his eyes... smiley27smiley27

But the biggest revelation for me has been Dananeer, she worked immensely hard and created beautiful chemistry with every single character - Talha; Mohid; Abid Uncle; and her own family...

God willing if her script choice continues to be good, I can see the next solid actress in the making smiley27smiley27

Baaki these days we don't know which show will trend with audience; even MSM was panned by critics and even some audience initially before people gave it another go...

I think the light-hearted (yet deep in the right places) touch of the show resonated with the audience - these days when there's so much uncertainty around the world, well crafted stories and shows do have the power to uplift people... smiley1smiley1
