Last time when ruhi fainted. Doctor checked her ruhi came out normally. But doctor informed rohit vidya and family first she is pregnant, ruhi came out and rohit stammered kya mein mein mein papa.. So the hint was ruhi knew she gave kid in front of family her coma state and along with family truth came and rohit stammered as he didn't accept the haq of baap till ruhi accepted it.

This time ruhi listened first called rohit abheera but vidya jumped in. Vidya thought as ruro kid obviously everyone will think same way
