Well one can always hope. Also Madhav sa being there or not being there honestly serves no real purpose to the story, the character or the actor

No surrogacy is happening. they saw the struggle of abhira being infertile getting high TRP so they’ll show that same struggle here with this IVF and she will eventually conceive on her own. I’m like 99% sure. If they wanted to do this surrogacy thing it would’ve been way easier to do it the first time around.
