I might agree with Abhira to some extent but Armaan seriously? Armaan's heart led him to do illegal things to take away Abhira's license and he got away with a simple sorry since Abhira is such a doormat. Even in terms of the baby kidnapping track, he did not get his full comeuppance. Yes Abhira stayed away from him for a while but doormat Abhira won in the end. And Armaan's family supported him throughout this track and Ruhi was portrayed as the villain. And Mr 'morally righteous' Armaan also gaslit Abhira- Abhira had full rights to be angry and true redemption would be him falling at the feet of Abhira and being patient till she forgave him. But in the end he blamed her for separating herself from him without proper consideration. And did he apologise to Ruhi even?
Not everyone hates Abhimaan before Abhira is a driver's daughter. The side characters are portrayed as villains when they do wrong so what they do can be digested. But leads doing mistakes and being portrayed as victims is contradictory and annoying. I dislike Abhira because I find her lack of self- respect disgusting and I hate Armaan as he is big red flag and a terrible life partner.
Armaan has always got away with most of the things, even Ruhi for the matter. Nobody is denying . Even some Abhimaan fans have agreed that Armaan and Abhira are deeply flawed, Abhira deserves better and she needs to stop being a pushover.
But it's true that Abhira got lot of hate even before she was born because of dislike towards her parents. Let's agree to disagree
