That's cuz Ani ko DOCTORS pe PURA BHAROSA hai you see.....he felt content leaving Arshi in the hands of the doctors there even before Arshi's parents showed up

Now let's remember how Ani was during Jhanak ki tumor surgery....ek ek cheez mein ghuss ke involve ho raha tha and wasn't sitting at peace even for a moment
