Let’s just step into their carefully crafted alternate reality—one where Rohit and Ruhi are the actual leads, Ruhi is a beacon of righteousness, and any mistake she makes is just an unfortunate misunderstanding. In this universe, Abhira and Armaan are the villains who actively plotted to rip a child away from Ruhi, because, obviously, that was their grand master plan. Abhira, in her free time, also decided to crash the car just to personally ensure Ruhi’s suffering—how considerate of her. And let’s not forget, Abhira had the audacity to exist while pregnant, which naturally meant she was attention-seeking. So, Ruhi being jealous? Completely valid. Naming Daksh Ashubh? Oh, that wasn’t cruel—that was just justice! Truly, what a beautifully twisted fairy tale.
I wouldn't care for who are titled leads and not... But it's character that matters...
For example in a show like Maati , signed leads are Vaiju and Rana but character wise Jaya is the one who seemed more sane till divorce or let's say in Imlie 1, Malini seemed more FL than cheaters Adilie...
Coming back to the OG topic --Yes, Rohit could have been ML level character when he *Sacrificed* his son for his brother but nikkama ka status went down when he kept toggling between want his son back to Ruhi not deserving... Ruhi ne toh khair aaj tak FL jaisa ek kaam nai Kiya hai...
Abhira did seem like a third wheel idiot in initial episodes where she would stand between Ruhi and ArmaanAnd uske alawa aaj tak Armaan ne kaafi villain wale kaam kiye hai... But that's not a point...
No character in this show makes sense and that whole baby exchange track was freaking cringe but blaming it only on Armaan is kind of lame. Rohit, major player of drama got away white and will never be exposed of course cuz no matter how badly you want him to be a lead, he will always be a sidey and now we have more competition to sideys Abhir!
