I don't think he knew/cared about Rafay just like Mehru was oblivious about the existence of Amal. But yeah, we needed to know what was going on his mind when he heard about her engagement.

He was unhinged when he heard about the engagement and still went on flirting with her but was definitely happy hearing about the breakup i miss Fahad. Were is he? He used to have all the gossips of his employees
