Exactly!! Mehru's qualities are more appreciated in the Shah house. Rafay and BiJaan would have demanded that she be at their beck n call 24*7. Here Saman Shah and Shanno have no such expectation, so when she takes care of Saman or looks after Shahnawaz...there is genuine admiration and appreciation for her efforts
