Sorry for the late reply!! Today's episode was kinda kaleshi. Like I just ff it the whole time. But I believe thats what working for the audience who actually gives trp. Lakshmi however annoying and bitchy she is, she is the only person providing drama so I would be thody lenient on her. Leena is gonna come across as such an insecure mother in the upcoming episodes which makes me feel so sad for poor Neil. Also neil's family atp don't need a bahu they need a counsellor for their shaadi obsession

This season of Ghum is remake of a Bengali show named "Phagun Bou". Did you watch the Bengali version? Oindrila, Vikram and Koushik Roy (Khorkuto's male lead) acted in that Bengali show.

In Hulu (the US streaming platform), we never get the montage. The show starts directly, and I have never seen the montage at all. But yes, they havent even show Rutu going for visa interview or getting ready for his trip.

S1 managed to make people see kalesh way longer than psychologically normal. That Bhavani Kaku knew exactly where to land the punches.

But this Lakshmi is just irritating af even though technically I sympathise a lot with her. Her kalesh is lame and tiresome.

Difference is Kaku and Lakshmi she was classy even though toxic, there are many stuffs where she had point atleast as per their generation ke values and practical factors...here Lakshmi is dehati and irritating to core who doesn't respect feelings of even her child....where Bhavani ji was pillar of CN....
