I thought after so many abhigyaans people had atleast simple necessities at home. In my place I had never seen this long line of water, may be because most of the houses had well. In city areas water supply is there where connections come to houses. I know it is not same everywhere, but govt had spent so much money so that People can get clean water and every houses have toilets. Is dkp mocking govt efforts or telling their efforts are not sufficient.
