Even Abhira has her mom's name as her middle name.
I dont think shivani is dying, this illness track was probably just brought to heighten armaan’s protectiveness for her and steer him more away from vidya and kaveri and will be done after. Why would they bring her just to kill her soon after? In fact, they didn’t need to bring her at all. And for people saying oh two wives can’t live in one house well she doesn’t want madhav, just her aaru, so she doesn’t have to be seen in PH.

He can write Armaan Kumar … .. when people don’t want to disclose their surname they can do that
Or he can Armaan Sharma .. taking his father in law ka surname .. Abhinav won’t mind for own son in law
