Makers need to understand these scenes that to have resonance or connect with these scenes, and for them to not seem strange and out of place,the re needs to be propercbuild-up. For 39 episodes, you failed to tell a love story/romance where one gets to see relationship development, how they fell in love, how love and intimacy gradually developed between the two, etc. Phir last episode main you cram in so much romance and relationship moments in 10 minutes. It felt so rushed.

That's what I was saying few days back..the dialogues should have been there..in these episodes. Those scenes would have had more emotional connect if we got dialogues..!!

I dont think the last 10 mins were there in the script.

The only good scene I felt was when Bilal Abdullah praying namaz and Sadaf was looking at him very lovingly..!! That was more pure and beautiful than all the forced romance.

Agree that was beautiful. I wish they had ended at that. A cleansing after all that alcohol, marasim, suiciding, etc.

Usama is doing QEJ on Hum right now where he is getting a lot of praise. This FI show is for Hum also. So Usama was able to wash off the SMD taint by disassociating himself from SMD and hyping his role/show (Burhan/QeJ) which is getting a lot of appreciation. That's what reviewers have said so many times that thank God Usama has QEJ on air where he is able to show that he can act well so people are not stuck with labeling him as a bad actor based on SMD. Also the show was not sold on his name.

It may not have been sold on his name but his character and performance was trashed the most by every critic. His reviews for QEJ while good are not bringing him some incredibly rave reviews or granting him groundbreaking popularity. He is good there and that is about it. Just goes to show that all the gloom and doom about SMD is wishful thinking and hopeful manifesting out of anger at the 2 leads for various reasons. SMD is a shit show but it is not going to affect any of the actor's in the long run.

I liked the car scene before that too when she finally indirectly accepts his proposal and he seems so happy and relieved. The rest of the romance was standard fare except maybe a little bit of the bonfire scene where both seemed to emote well.

I'm happy that Usama is staying away from geo and doing hum TV dramas like his friend sehar did btw ammar is the worst character played by usama
