As I understand Arshi, Ani can go to hell if that harms Jhanak in one way or the other! She is insecured as a person, independent of whether Ani is loyal to her or loves her...proof Gujrat khulasa kaand..now that Vihaan is coming to Kolkata, even if marriage talks happen or marriage happens, still she will try to ruin Jhanak's life in some way...that's her core characteristics..
