Both are correct in their respective viewpoints.

This unintended misunderstanding needs to be cleared as soon as possible.

Ani, at least should confess that he'd mistakenly considered Arshi as her so maybe Jhanak starts thinking logically.

Nope. It was a separate runka convo in his room when jhanak was making his bed . Didi would have never let them to have a "conversation" . In the start of the episode too when Ani entered the bedroom when both sisters were having that weird conversation she asked jhanak to leave and prepare breakfast for them😑😑😑
