I have just watched the episode Neil already gave them instruction to get immediate check up with a cardiologist..He had a mild heart attack with emergency medicine like Aspirin Neil could stop it ..This foolish people 🙄 never follow the instructions...Now he is getting a " full blown second attack...really so disappointing ...really ant ways with Mohit Pappa gone " kalash" will start
