Exactly... He never agreed. Lakshman basically blackmailed Ram into silence and left ... Exactly like Sita did...

So is he... According to Valmiki Ramayana, Laksman doesn't even go home (to his chambers or palace). He just leaves and immerses himself in Sarayu. There's no costume change as shown in many series...

Valmiki doesn't mention the women much (except Sita). There was absolutely no mention of them during Mahaprasthan or Lakshman's banishment, hence, I thought they had left the Earth before these events happened but they could have joined their husbands as they went into Sarayu.

RSR and NDTV did ignore completely. I am glad SKR at least addressed the issue.

In SR, we still have the mothers alive and new asura still popping up.

How is Rama's task on Earth done when there are still demons attacking people, especially Luv Kush... Beats me...

Durjaya attacked the devas after Aditi was grown and ready to take over. Hence, Kush named him regent before leaving to aid Indra in the war. Considering Kusha married Kumudavati after returning to Ayodhya on the city deity's request, it was quite a while before any asura attacked the Earth or heaven. I doubt anyone caused trouble during Rama's reign...
