But is it? As per Hindu marriage act, even if certificate isn't there, a marriage is legal as long as the ceremony was held. Obviously it's hard to prove without a certificate but it's still legal under Hindu Marriage Act.

Depends some temples like iskon have cctv and register

U need pictures/ video evidence, wedding invitation and 2 credible witness as proof from both sides to prove and sign that the wedding has actually happened..apart from witness of the priest

We registered after 2 weeks not same day ..so I know the procedure ..plus for my cousins and rest i only helped register

Exactly! Like a few days ago there was this reel on insta which was about how Delulu is the red flag and true villain of the story. I commented in agreement and a abheekhmaan fan wrote essays about how Ruhi was bad and Delulu sa did nothing wrong with her.

And I was like did you see the episodes where delulu sa hurt his wife, their darling clownfish, multiple times, doubts her character, canceled her license and all

They really think that if one character is being bad then it absolves their kachra leads from all their nonsense.

Madhav and vani married in temple ..i doubt they have a marriage certificate..plus he married v mata in a public ceremony and would have registered..u cannot register any new marriage if your previous marriage is registered unless I submit a divorce dissolved notice or death certificate...so madhav and v mata marriage is valid

Even if it's not as per Hindu marriage act ro cannot be illegitimate and is a legal hier of madhav sa ..if kaveri writes a decree then he has right to ancestral property as well
