It's in reference to the santoor soap ad of how the mother is so young that you can't believe that she is a mother and now because param is playing a doctor (and acc to twitter looks young) they're calling him a santoor doctor

Actually, both of them look like guys I had in my school. So strictly on look basis, aisa to koi nahi hai, that I'll look back at them again if I encounter them. Vaise ladkon ke case me mostly, there are very less cases when we find them attractive based on looks (Iam Somerhalder in an exception thought). Then guys from your school were really good....I have seen different type of girls, so no more believe this scientific study that they get attracted after emotional attachment.....but as what you wrote about yourself yes you come in the category....

Rutu is very off for me....his voice plus his styling I like decent personalities- Neil type....

I agree with first part but still he looks too good and I would love to see his another side of taking charge, still he is in hidden love allowing alot and definitely Teju isn't anyone truly to him to get thora sa bhi harsh.....with time open up hoga as you said he gets affected like when he got know about her close male friend....
