Hmm interesting analysis. Ani's name does suit his characterization.

But I never liked the name Arshi from day one cuz it even sounds weird phonetically to me..... and now I will have specific disgust for it even more going forward....naam sunte hi ulti waali feeling aati hai....thanks to Didi.

This analysis also makes Ani's life sound eternally tragic....lol you seem to have your finger on Leena's pulse with how she wants to make dreams/wishes a source of depression for anyone and reality an ugly/hollow existence....lol

Only Arshi conceived via cheating and without the other person's consent. But her case will get same treatment as that of Shubho or Srishti ki so what if one parent is evil, bacche ki parvarish se woh achha insaan ban gaya.....lol

Dibya… that’s a loose representation of the actual meaning of Anirudh in Sanskrit which is invincible or unstoppable

Unstoppable and not being able to be tied can seem similar in meaning but Ani hasn’t been invincible here 😂😂 or rather he is being tied down here. Giving him a few dialogues here and there is just some balm but little else.., Ani’s sketch still has some meaning but Leena does not know to write a decent character sketch PERIOD

What really stood out about Ani today was that he didn't make any concessions in front of either Arshi's threats or her guilt trips.

In front of the family, Arshi tried to shame and threaten him that he better heed her commands or she will snatch the child away from him....all he did was give her a look in response and say it's not just your baby.....this is different from the Ani just a month back who would have jumped to grovel in front of her threats.

Didi atleast 3-4 times in the episode called him dhokebaaz and tried to paint herself victim jisko humesha dhoka milta hai but Ani paid no heed to her bakwaas ....family ke saamne bhi he didn't grovel to pacify her.

And room mein when Arshi tried the same "mujhe bas dhoka hi milta rahega" line, he point blank asked ki kaisa dhoka? You got everything you wanted - you WON. Iske baad bhi Arshi continued her fake bechaari act relentlessly by claiming nahin Jhanak jeet gayi, tumhara dil nahin mila mujhe blah blah....lol even THEN Ani didn't cave.....he did not revert to the Ani who would lie to give her fake ILUs etc to pacify her....instead he told her candidly ki ab jo hai, woh yehi hai....ACCEPT kar lo....zabardasti dil nahin haasil kiya jaa sakta.

Makers ka obsession with Didi amazing as always...lol even after all her fake bechaari tricks failing, they still ended the scene on her crying in self-pity like usse badi bechari koi hai nahin jo Jhanak se kabhi jeet nahin paati .....badi aayi crying crocodile tears....pfftttt.

Krushal was just AMAZING in the second half of this scene especially....the way he showed the build up of emotion in Ani....the emotion that he's generally trying to keep tamped down or compartmentalized just sort of flowed out of him when Arshi mentioning Srishti made him think of Urvashi and the suicide that never got justice....the core HUMANITY of Ani at full display in that moment with how moved he was thinking of the mother who left her daughter like that....koi khushi toh nahin mili use woh karke...and how he transitioned that to reiterating his fav point about humari life mein jo hota hai uspe control nahin hota.....lol

I have to say HEIGHTS of Arshi's shamelessness to bring up her mother's topic when Ani was talking about Karma....lol yahaan bhi bas sympathy ke liye beg karne ko random mention of her mom's name....as if Ani doesn't have anything else to think of in his life other than her stupid mom.

I also rolled my eyes big time at Arshi trying to show concern for Ani's health in that fake voice when she said itna kaam karoge toh beemar pad jaaoge...lol jo HA mein marne ko chhod gayi woh Ani ki sehat ke liye chinta dikha rahi hai.....and Ani is now confident ki use kuch nahin hoga.....health problems wala chapter seems done for now cuz Didi ke saath phasaa ke jo rakhna hai isko as per Leena....sirf Didi ki health pe focus allowed hai

What a beautifully worded post .loved how u summarised yesterday episode...❤️ Yesterday was such a pleasant surprise and I was not expecting this..loved Ani yesterday and absolutely Kudos to Krushal for how he acted yesterday..firm calm resigned to his fate but absolutely he didn't relent to any accusations..any victimization..gaslighting manipulation or naagin fake tears...I LOVED how he said kaise dhokha .but u to won na..sab hai parivar hai bachha hai pati hai u to have everything no ..found a bit of sarcasm there that u snatched everything from jhanak so why are u crying foul now and i loved how he said ki I am also living without my love .. zabardasti se kisi ka dil nahi liya ja sakta ...dil to jisko chahta hai usi ko chahta hai...kal it was music to my ears ..that even as she went to extent of violation to tie him to her..mil use ek emptiness rahi hai coz pyaar to conscious state me nahi mil sakta ..max he can give her hamdardi that she will have to live without love like he is...and again and again emphasised ki main to yahi hu what u always wanted...I liked how empty naagin felt .sab karke haasil kuch nahi hua..and again Ani made it absolutely clear ki pyaar jhanak hai uska and rahegi..so he doens't feel same way about both women ...@ bold .Ani ki core humanity hai jiski wajah se he is still with naagin coz he is guilty of destroying her life as per his mistake..ready to fund all parasites who don't care a bit how is he zinda lash and yes absolutely compassion with which he said A mother died khushi se to nahi mari hogi and lost her daughter...loved Ani yesterday and loved your post ..also it was funny he has to spell it out for naagin ki tune apne pairo pe kulhadi maari hai behen ..u are not as smart as u think u are

In this whole scene, Arshi was constantly begging for sympathy and Ani managed to do the perfect balancing act of still giving her compassion without getting cowed down in guilt.

The way she immediately started the scene by saying ki tumhare liye mere saath rehna bahut mushkil ho raha hai na? lol so after insulting the hell out of Jhanak and Ani both, she expected Ani to come back and live HAPPILY with her? ......suffocate khud karti hai insaan ko and aage se phir bechari banti hai ki mere saath rehna mushkil ho raha hai kya? Boohoo haaye main akeli bechari.

And the way she kept repeating ki I didn't want a life of khaalipan like this blah blah and even then Ani responded by telling her ki why are you feeling alone when I'm here with you just like you wanted?....then she didn't have any answer na and deflected to claiming Jhanak jeet gayi.....again and again she wanted some special concession from Ani by making claims of how lonely she is blah blah toh Ani ne bol diya ki I'm physically present with you but dil nahin milne wala.....toh accept kar lo jo hai

Word on how beautifully Krushal delivered that bit about "kaisa dhoka? Tum toh JEET gayi ho na?"....I wish they had shown Didi's mouth shut aage se for that line to have more weight and effectiveness....but the whole scene was drowned in Didi ki relentless bakwaas.....still Krushal managed to ace all the dialogues and added a lot of nuances to the arc of the scene.....Didi ka function in the scene was just to do fake bechari voice and shed fake crocodile tears....mehhh

Imagine how powerful the scene could have been with a capable actor responding to the impact of Ani's words and emotions. A big letdown is Chandini's acting—she can't emote to save her life, leaving the moment completely flat on her end.

On a lighter note... she actually looks pregnant! Her face seems a bit bloated and puffy!!!

Rekha ji .....ekta ko aise hi "queen of ITV" nahi bola jata. I'm not watching any of her current shows but jitni bhi dekhe hai she's the only one that can write an "unstoppable" male lead character. Infact in some cases ML is the one jo mahaan banke FL ke liye apni puri life barbaad kar deta hai. Leena doesn't know how to write even a BASIC story. Character toh kya hi dhang ke likhegi. It's pure luck she got successful in this business nahi toh akal to dhele ki bhi nahi hai how story is suppose to be.

Yup i agree yar ..I have to specially mention what an AMAZING actor Krushal is ..and how he still tries to add nuances to this script ...his voice modulations were brilliant today Even when Arshi was quite monotonous in her speech...I loved how he said tumko ye bhi nahi pata tumare liye achha kya hai ..just see how he delivers those dialogue..kal he has strange mix of resignation...firmness.. calmness..matter of fact Attitude..as u said he was compassionate yet didn't give in to her manipulation and stood by his stance ..he went very philosophical yesterday...@ bold..yup very apt summary...kal Ani was sitting right next to her but wo distance feel ho ra tha Arshi ko. Gave me strange kinda satisfaction..that force se if u try to achieve what is not yours ..kuch hath lagega nahi .if she wanted to hear he loves her wo uske hath nahi lagne wala ..this is my personal opinion..many shows me when they tie a ML in triangle kisi time acting se pata nahi chalta who ML feels for PL or FL..but for me it has always been clear the difference in Ani feeling for both women...Krushal has been brilliant in this ..his intensity of gaze..how he remains smitten ..the dreaminess in his eyes on seeing jhanak .that tadap .that fierceness is only for jhank .that feeling has never been there for Arshi ...jhank draws out very intense side out of him..
