Maybe KP threatened her with harming Armaan and that's why she willingly ran/became gold digger for the safety of her husband and son! I mean it's either making KP bad or Shivani bad.. I doubt they can make her bad now after showing that KP had a hand in keeping her under watch

Shivani wapis aayi toh sab barbaad ho jayega. Madhav humara beta humse door chala jayega, humara Armaan humse door chala jayega (as if she cares about him) , Vidya barbaad ho jayegi (waiting for it), Rohit apne aap ko sambhal nahi payega
