If the promo is from actual episode then Ar scene will be another meet without any reveal i think... This can happen when he goes to meet Ab or come back.. Shivani might have run off from hospital.. After which RK might decide to take her home..

Else this could be just promo and because of that Ar is in that costume as it was just shot on that day..

See this is what I said. See if Kaveri did not know Shivani was alive, it would still make sense. But that she kept her hidden & still made Arman feel like shit all these years - I am not so sure how DKP will sort all this & keep the OG cast intact till the end of this gen
