See, as per the legal rules and regulations of marriage, once consummation occurs between two legally wedded partners, they are not eligible for annulment; divorce is the only legal way for separation.

LOL keeping the issue about love story or hope for Runak aside......the answer to your question in bold is that this story is all about BETUKI BANDISHEIN....isliye Ani is doing fake ILUs to Arshi and Jhanak never even thinks about Ani once he's out of her sight .
