Read somewhere that it is Roop, but initially Ab will mu that it's Abhir because Abhir was sending flowers to Charu.Later it is revealed that it's Roop. So Poddars might think it is Abhira 1st

Mauli chooses Ishaan of course ..she says Kunal has contributed a lot to making her the person she became …but Ishaan is her present and her future ..and she scolds Ishaan for thinking to leave her and Mishti and walking away without even knowing what she wanted …

Mauli and Ishaan have a son too later on ..
