Yes, he did not want Vidya in jail - he wanted an out of court settlement that would be okay for both parties. And I don't think Armaan was wrong in wanting that.

Also he was right - Abhira sending Vidya to jail did ruin their relationship. That was a consequence that Abhira did not expect, hence this entire bail karwao & Armaan mano session is going on

That time too abhira wanted "insaaf" for her mother's friend's husband. Mg was pissed at abhira for taking up case against ruhi, but armaan was supporting abhira. In court, while having lunch armaan shared a critical information regarding the case which was against ruhi. Abhira used that info while arguing. Armaan was super pissed & at home sunaoed her & compared her with phuphz saying she is more like him, who uses unethical measures to win the case. Next day when the judge was about to announce the verdict in abhira's client's favor she took back the case saying her client is ready for out of court settlement ( this was without consulting her client, they also got to know in court only about this update)

Gen 2 main bhi they made Naitik and his kids back off to save Naira s marriage and latter made Naira apologise for being mad at Goenkas.

Luv Kush s incident was different altogether. Uss case main they couldn't have let culprit get away.

Sadly Rishtaverse main Hit and Run is not a big deal.

but vidya and kaveri never believe they are wrong and they never apologize. Remember how vidya tormented abhira about being infertile..she only stopped when abhira fell pregnant..but then too she was only happy she was getting another granchild..but she had no remorse for treating abhira so badly. @bold : abhira herself doesn't remember all these not points Vidya when she crosses her limit, she ignores as if Vidya is right in what she is doing.

I don't think Ruhi uses Birla name at all. It's either Goenkas or Poddar. We all saw how Manish G reacted in that scenario

Even In gen 1 Akshara had Hit and Run caused by Tara s cousin or something. Naitik-Akshara didn't press charges to save Naksh and Tara s relationship. If I remember correctly
