The bashings make no sense at all:

Vivian - only thought about himself, but last week Sallu said Vivian doesn't think for himself.

For Chum - "You didn't want Vivian to perform well in task" - of course, why would she want her opponent to perform well for this crucial task?

For Karan - this bashing doesn't make sense after bashing Vivian for not thinking about others.
