Main rule is definitely using both hands to hold stretcher.
The moving part...I don't think it was a requirement but BB did say in announcement "stretcher pakkad ke ghumna shuru kardenge". But I think they would have explicitly said it that you should be constantly moving if it was a requirement.

I have been saying the same thing. There was NO NEED FOR AGGRESSION in the task. Vivian chose to do it. He literally dragged her around and once she fell back badly on her head.
Funny enough when KV had pushed Rajat into water people claimed he could hv been injured but when today Chum actually hit her head on a solid floor , its being justified as task tha......cause Vivian hai .....woh toh galat ho hi nai sakta.
