I can expect it as a realisation thingy for Jhanno kyunki Leena does illogical things all the time! She didn't make her realise what Ani will go through if left with Arshi even after HA, she didn't make her realise how the letter change Ani's life completely...but I believe she will definitely use this lame thingy to make her realise his love and its extent!! But again...kya hi faida usse...didi pet pakad ke baith jayegi aur Ani bhi didi ke pet pakadne ko dekh k dukhi hojayega ki usse bohut dukh deke maa banaya hai usne!! So the end result is same!

@bold: Exactly....end result will be same. LOL it was pointless to reveal the fake cancer reports even in the Anishi shaadi drama....Jhanak ka psycho meltdown and ordering Ani to marry Arshi made all other things pointless....bas faltu ka drama hai yeh so called "secret" of fake cancer reports....lol

Ani's sense of morality is quite different! Remember, he was ready to accept Jhanno's kid with AK if she asked for help and not defame him! Marriage, especially if it is not with Jhanak, is not a binding thing for him..
