If pre-planned, the it's 10 years. Since it wasn't pre-planned, it's either exaggeration or false claim.

I am not sure about the laws in India..Courts normally check the severity of the physical damage. If it is found to be severe, punishement can go more than 2 years.

Kya bekar ki fl hai. Ye apni mom ko bhi peeche chod degi ek din. Atleast her mom never used to show others her pain.
