No bail is before the court case..after the case and you’re found guilty and you get a sentence..you must serve it in whatever way the judge says..But The defence lawyer can appeal the sentence..like ask for a reduced sentence due to illness old age etc. lawyers can do stuff to minimise the punishment their clients get ..so we’ll see what Armaan comes up with ..or rather dkp writers write. But I don’t think they’ll go into technicalities..it’s too complicated for them,😂..they’ll write something simple..that may not even make sense ..to get vidya out of jail.
