@Bold- the police arrested Kartik after Akshara's death as he was present at the accident spot and there were some proofs against him. He tried to convince Naira and singhanias that he didn't hit Akshara with his car but no one believed him. he got arrested. At last Naira only got evidence and proved that he was innocent. Kartik was very upset with Naira and wasn't talking to her. Mishti (naira's cousin) invited Kartik to her bday party and after the bday party i think some goons attacked him and Naira saves him then apologises and confesses her love to him.
