Abhira wanted justice for her brother but doesn't wish ill on Vidya personally. She isnt wishing Vidya should fall ill or collapse etc. she is upset that Armaan is upset. Her own gharwaale will tell her she sacrificed her marriage even though she was only supporting her bhai and before the kaands was interested in reconciliation with Armaan.
She didn't even actually fight the case. She supported Abhir but got a colleague to help. its shockingly logical that she left the actual arguing to a person who isn't emotionally invested in the matter like she is. Real life mein theres a solicitor and an arguing counsel. Solicitor has only clients interests at heart but arguing counsel is more objective and presents facts in a way that case can be won.
Abhira has always been more level headed, understanding of others pov etc.
Even though she wants insaag for her brother, she understands why Armaan is unable to see his mother in jail, in pain. She knows V is not a cold blooded murderer but she cannot forget that V made huge blunders which have rendered Abhir unable to walk. His life is ruined, he is suicidal.
Unfortunately Armaan never sees Abhiras pov unless something huge happens or Abhira loses her cool and gives him some hard hitting facts.
I hope at the end of all this Armaan is grovelling and not Abhira.
