The only thing is if Leena really intended to make this story about two individuals with varied personalities but having some common ground, it’s not unsurprising for different personalities to be drawn to each other…. Why make it an impossible love story? The craft should have been able to find ways in which the love story could have taken off even with disparate traits etc…To me, it seems just fleshing out a trait isn’t the whole point… it’s charting out an arc beyond that in which Leena has failed miserably with J’s character. To me, Jhanak’s moral dilemma sounds hollow to the core especially now… how can the dilemma sit out at all times and only make an appearance with the Arshi equation? Please, Dibya I think we are giving Leena too much credit for flashing traits… she is stupid if she can’t write a simple story
Yeah...I know...Ani is fully fleshed out now...but even after 400 episodes, Jhanak is not even shown to progress even by 1%...that's why the entire story is falling apart..Leena has moved away from building Jhanak's character arc to other petty, unimportant things like keeping Arshi relevant, propping her up, characters back tracking, illogical and same repetitive situations and outcomes, etc...that's why the show is suffering...but ultimately she, as a producer will be at the losing end...without fleshing the titular out in a logical manner, she cannot run a successful show for long...as the medium is owned by women who are accustomed to certain expected traits in their titulars or FLs..and here,Leena is serving them none!
….baaki toh TRP will decide how much importance new characters continue to get in the show
