The most important point is Vidya cleverly left the spot without helping Abhir that was simply inhumane. Even after that she conveniently tried to manipulate everything by convincing Madhav to be quiet. If Armaan really want to defend his mother without doing injustice to Abhir, he should take the whole blame on himself and serve the punishment. Why to ask the other side to dissolve the case???? Afterall he's the lead, can't act immoral at least.

Abhira is only supporting her brother and nothing is wrong in it.
Armaan is also supporting his mother at difficult times and it's not wrong but his behaviour is. Like he said it's accident so vidya don't need to apologise or in bts how Ab should live in guilt of destroying his mother's life.
Wheares it was his family who destroyed Abhir's life first accident then false evidence in court which lead to him in attempting suicide.
, so no complaints if in future coming writers make Abhir apologize to Vidya—. 🥴But first, let me enjoy Vidya Maa being dragged to jail !
