However this whole Chacha case should never have gone to court ..it was Abhira who was keen on taking it to court and getting justice ..the Goenkas were offering to pay for the treatment even before the matter went to court ..and Ruhi would have had to face license cancellation or a short stint in prison even if it came to that and the court would still have ordered compensation if the trial had continued ..so let us accept that Abhira did not respect her client’s right to choice when it suited her …she did not even confer with them before taking a call

So far as this case is concerned, she is entitled to defend her brother as much as Armaan is entitled to defend his mother ..however it is clearly shown that Abhira’s decision to go to court in this case is influenced by her brother’s tragic past .. so let us not deny that emotions played a part…,hence my point that maybe the Chacha had a story too

Coming to Armaan’s statements in court, he was doing what any lawyer would do to defend their client …nobody awards law degrees on the basis of how honest a student is unfortunately ..and any and every lawyer does whatever is required to prove their client innocent ..that’s what they are paid for

About chacha case I agree..She didn't even consult her clients for out of court settlement & that case was bizarre. Anyways the pp fights the case from the victims side , it cud never be arman vs abhira.

But this one , I agree arman has the right to defend his mother & he did nothing surprising. His choice is easy , he is not faced with ma vs abhira yet, imagine if abhira was handicapped there instead of abhir.. abhimanyu had to face akshara vs Neil & his children's death situation ..in his mind , if goenkas didn't take the case to court , they can be together & everyone will move on , abhir will recover slowly . For a change I wanted to praise the writers for creating a complicated situation where both leads r right in their stand points..

Abhira was set on the court case & yes in today's epi his diary also played a part , that's what I don't like abt her..she's fickle ..she was contemplating what arman said before she read abhira diary 🙄 ..she still has mercy for this vile woman ....for a moment I wanted to praise her for choosing abhir over vidya , justice over her fizool pyar ..but ye phir se ma ma kar rahi hai be firm in her stand no ..the writers obsessions abt "the fl has to love everyone and forgive everyone " is very annoying. After getting vidya punished she wants arman ? Seriously? Let a criminal face punishment for her crime but abhira still dreaming of poddars would be atrocious.

Hahaha maybe I’m just traumatized from Twitter because anyone that likes armaan over there is made to be a villain. I just love the ship and both characters so I try to give both grace to be flawed. At the end of the day, I just want the ship to sail.

cause Gayatri's death was actually so sad. If Vidya dies then fans would rather party.

Yeah you can say armaan is morally wrong for supporting his mother but when abhir broke armaan’s car and tried to bash him over the head with a gamla, she didn’t press charges just cause she found out it’s her brother right? I kinda think they’ll have abhira feeling guilty and working to win armaan back now, no matter how much of a doormat you guys think that makes her, Armaan has been the only one holding the ropes of their relationship for months now since truth reveal and today itself she said she can’t live without him. Tbh, if this wasn’t abhir, I don’t think Abhira would even be doing a case against vidya anyway. He will probably see Abhira miserable and take the case back himself to save her marriage or Abhira will drop charges in hopes of saving it. I don’t think their relationship is unsalvageable, I just hope the audience and makers let it play out rather than resort to bringing an AA. Again, just wanted to show another pov hope I don’t get bashed.

described the situation very aptly.... I agree with all your points, Armaan is no where behaving out of character even here he is trying to save his mother, based on this dialogues about the cases affecting their relation, Armaan would not be able to stay with Abhira on knowing his mother is sent to jail, hence he was proposing an out of court settlement. not sure who will take the case back, but it does seem like Abhira will try to win back Armaan this time, not sure what the makers have planned though.
